Visit Chillville during regular store hours and let us know you’re there to pick up an order. We’ll have it ready and waiting for you.

When Can I Pick Up My Order?

Orders may be picked up during Chillville’s regular store hours after you have received your pickup confirmation. Pickup hours will be available on our website and Visit Us page.

What Do I Need to Bring?

Please have your pickup confirmation or order information available when you arrive. We may also ask for identification to help verify the order.

Can Someone Else Pick Up My Order?

Yes. Someone else may pick up your order on your behalf. They should have the order confirmation or order number and the name of the person who placed the order. Chillville may request identification when necessary to verify a pickup.

How Long Will You Hold My Order?

We’ll hold your order for 7 calendar days after we send your pickup-ready notification. If you’re unable to pick up your order within that time, please contact us and we’ll be happy to work with you when possible. Orders that remain unclaimed after 7 days may be canceled, returned to inventory, and refunded to the original form of payment.

Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

If you need to change or cancel a pickup order, please contact Chillville as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once an order has been prepared.

Returns for Pickup Orders

Orders purchased online and picked up at Chillville are subject to our standard Returns & Exchanges Policy. The applicable return period begins on the date the order is picked up.
