1. Chillville Terms of Service Agreement

Chillville is a retail business based in Topeka, Kansas, offering a curated selection of drinkware and coolers, candles and home fragrance, bath and body products, art and activities, barware and entertaining products, grilling accessories, gifts, seasonal merchandise, and other products.

6. Online Orders
Submitting an online order does not necessarily guarantee that every item will be available. Orders are subject to product availability and successful payment processing.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, product limitations, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.
If we cancel a paid order, we will provide an appropriate refund for the canceled merchandise.
7. In-Store Pickup
Online orders designated for in-store pickup should not be collected until you receive notification that your order is ready.
Pickup orders will generally be held for 7 calendar days after the pickup-ready notification is sent. If you cannot pick up your order within that period, please contact us. When possible, we may make alternative arrangements.
Orders remaining unclaimed after the pickup period may be canceled, returned to inventory, and refunded to the original form of payment.

8. Payment
Payment must be successfully authorized or completed before an order can be fulfilled. Payment processing may be provided by third-party payment processors and is also subject to their applicable terms and policies.
We reserve the right to decline a transaction when payment cannot be successfully processed or when reasonably necessary to prevent suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.
9. Returns & Exchanges
Eligible purchases are subject to Chillville’s Returns & Exchanges Policy, including applicable eligibility requirements, deadlines, exclusions, and holiday return provisions.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact Chillville as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or prepared for pickup.
11. Gift Cards
Chillville gift cards are subject to any terms and conditions provided at the time of purchase or use.
Gift cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law. Lost, stolen, or improperly used gift cards may be subject to limitations based on the capabilities and policies of our gift-card provider and applicable law.
12. Promotions & Discounts
Promotions, discounts, coupons, and special offers may be subject to additional terms, eligibility requirements, expiration dates, product exclusions, purchase limits, or other restrictions. Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers may not be combined. Chillville reserves the right to modify or end a promotion when reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.
13. Product Availability & Purchase Limits
Some merchandise may be available only in limited quantities, colors, styles, or for limited periods.
We may establish reasonable purchase limits on certain products, including limited-edition, seasonal, promotional, or high-demand merchandise, when necessary to promote fair availability or protect against unauthorized resale.
